Rules for using SoundMint AI accounts, AI music generation, community features, downloads, and paid credits.
This policy is a plain-language operating policy for SoundMint AI. It is intended to describe how the service works before public paid launch and should be reviewed by counsel before large-scale enterprise or regulated use.
You should be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your country or region, to use SoundMint AI. You are responsible for your account credentials, email verification, profile information, and all activity under your account.
You may submit prompts, lyrics, profile content, comments, reports, and other materials. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit and use them. AI-generated music may not be unique, and similar prompts may produce similar or overlapping outputs for different users.
You may not use the service for illegal activity, infringement, hate, harassment, explicit sexual content, scams, privacy violations, malware, fraud, abuse, vote manipulation, spam, or attempts to imitate a real living artist, singer, voice, performance, or copyrighted song.
SoundMint AI may sell credit packs for music generation. Credits are consumed when a generation request is accepted. If a technical failure prevents delivery, the service may automatically refund the consumed credits. Consumed credits are generally not refundable when a valid result is delivered.
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, providers, models, quotas, storage, or community features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal, security, operational, or community risk.
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, legal clearance of every output, uniqueness, commercial success, or compatibility with every platform. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
