How SoundMint AI collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects account, generation, community, billing, and device data.
This policy is a plain-language operating policy for SoundMint AI. It is intended to describe how the service works before public paid launch and should be reviewed by counsel before large-scale enterprise or regulated use.
We may collect email address, username, display name, password hash, verification status, IP address, device and browser data, profile avatar, profile bio, generated prompts, lyrics, AI outputs, tracks, downloads, community posts, images, comments, likes, reports, payment order status, credit ledger records, diagnostic logs, and app update metadata.
We use data to operate accounts, send verification codes, generate music and lyrics, store and deliver audio, run community features, moderate content, prevent abuse, process credits and payment status, provide support, debug reliability, maintain security, and improve the product.
Service providers may include AI music providers, DeepSeek for structured lyrics or moderation when enabled, S3-compatible object storage for files, SMTP or transactional email providers for notifications, PayPal or other payment processors, hosting providers, analytics, and error monitoring if enabled.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of personal data. For GDPR, legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. For CCPA/CPRA, users may request access, deletion, correction, and information about sharing where applicable.
We retain data for as long as needed for accounts, generation history, community history, legal compliance, fraud prevention, backups, audit logs, and operational integrity. We use reasonable safeguards but no system is perfectly secure. The service is intended for users 13 and older, or the minimum age required locally.
