This policy is a plain-language operating policy for SoundMint AI. It is intended to describe how the service works before public paid launch and should be reviewed by counsel before large-scale enterprise or regulated use.
Do not post explicit sexual content, hate, harassment, bullying, violent threats, self-harm encouragement, scams, illegal transactions, personal data leaks, doxxing, spam, vote manipulation, malicious links, or repeated low-quality promotion.
Only upload or share content you have the right to use. Comments should discuss music, creation, feedback, or related topics without attacking other users. Community posts can bind music, but that does not override copyright, license, or provider restrictions.
Users may report content. We may use AI moderation and human review to hide, reject, approve, delete, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts. High-risk content may be blocked, medium-risk content may wait for review, and low-risk content may publish normally.
