Refund rules for credits, failed generation jobs, duplicate charges, payment processors, and marketplace flows.
This policy is a plain-language operating policy for SoundMint AI. It is intended to describe how the service works before public paid launch and should be reviewed by counsel before large-scale enterprise or regulated use.
Credits are consumed when a generation request is accepted. If a generation succeeds and playable audio is delivered, consumed credits are generally not refundable.
If a technical failure charges credits but no valid generation is delivered, SoundMint AI may automatically restore those credits. Provider failures, audio that fails minimum quality checks, storage failures, or system timeouts may qualify for credit restoration.
Duplicate charges, mistaken charges, or payment processor errors can be reviewed by support. Payment refunds may depend on the rules of PayPal, Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider where applicable.
